How likely do you think it is that the Avs hire a full time coach to help out with all these goalies?  I read some Russian interviews of Varly since he's been with the national team and he talked about how much working with the Russian national team goalie coach Vladimir Myshkin is helping him, especially adjusting to the larger ice size. He also said working with a good coach can help a goalie improve faster. I did have a couple questions on things you said.  You mentioned that Sami was eligible to play in the AHL because he'll be 20 in August, but why does that matter?  That age restriction only applies to players drafted out of Canadian leagues.  Also, Sami has played some games in lower level leagues in Finland the past couple years along with his limited experience in SM-liiga.
